I started this painting a long time ago and have recently finished it. It was strange working on this. I went into it with the intention of making it abstract but for some reason was having difficulty making any decisions when it came to the piece. I has been hanging on my wall for almost 6 months. About a month ago, i sat down in front of it and realized that it was done. There was one small thing i worked on a bit then done. Strange how that happens. Some times all it takes is a little time to realize a painting is completed. I am happy I didn't continue adding paint. It would have just kept changing and changing. And I, most likely would have kept arriving at the same place i did 6 months ago.
I call it "Water Collectors". It is oil on paper, about 32" wide x 46" tall.
